ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

• บัญชี: ชื่อ อีเมล และรหัสบัญชีที่ได้จาก Google หรือ Microsoft ตอนเข้าสู่ระบบ เราไม่ได้รับรหัสผ่านของคุณ
• การใช้งาน: ทีม สมาชิกทีม งานที่สร้าง และรูปหรือวิดีโอที่อัปโหลด
• การชำระเงิน: ประวัติการซื้อเครดิต การชำระเงินทำผ่าน Stripe เราไม่เก็บเลขบัตร

เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

• เพื่อให้คุณเข้าสู่ระบบ จัดการงาน ส่งรูปให้แขก คิดเครดิต และส่งอีเมลเกี่ยวกับงานของคุณ เช่น คำเชิญเข้าทีมและการแจ้งเตือนก่อนลบงาน
• เราไม่ขายข้อมูลของคุณ และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลจาก Google หรือ Microsoft เพื่อการโฆษณา

• Microsoft Azure (เก็บรูปและประมวลผล), Stripe (รับชำระเงิน), Resend (ส่งอีเมล), LINE (ส่งรูปให้แขก), Google และ Microsoft (เข้าสู่ระบบ), Meta (วัดผลโฆษณา), Google Analytics (สถิติการใช้งาน)

การวัดผลโฆษณาและสถิติการใช้งาน

• เราใช้ Meta Pixel และ Google Analytics เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกดยอมรับ ในหน้าเข้าสู่ระบบ หน้าทีม หน้าเครดิต หน้าสร้างงาน และหน้านโยบายของ Kasha Studio เพื่อดูว่าผู้จัดงานมาจากโฆษณาหรือช่องทางใด และวัดผลโฆษณาของเรา ก่อนกดยอมรับ เครื่องมือเหล่านี้จะไม่ทำงาน
• ถ้าปฏิเสธ คุณยังใช้ Kasha Studio ได้ตามปกติ และเปลี่ยนใจหรือถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อที่ "ตั้งค่าคุกกี้" ท้ายหน้าเว็บ เมื่อถอนแล้ว เราจะหยุดส่งข้อมูลตั้งแต่ตอนนั้น และลบคุกกี้ของ Meta และ Google Analytics ออกจากเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณ แต่ข้อมูลที่ส่งไปก่อนหน้านี้ไม่ถูกลบจาก Meta หรือ Google โดยอัตโนมัติ

เราเก็บข้อมูลนานแค่ไหน

• แขกเข้าถึงงานได้ถึง 30 วันหลังงานจบ ผู้จัดดาวน์โหลดรูปต้นฉบับได้อีก 30 วัน จากนั้นเนื้อหาของงานจะถูกลบ
• ข้อมูลบัญชีเก็บไว้จนกว่าจะขอลบ ส่วนหลักฐานการชำระเงินเก็บตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด

คุกกี้

• คุกกี้เข้าสู่ระบบมีอายุ 30 วัน และจำเป็นต่อการใช้งาน
• คุกกี้ของ Meta และ Google Analytics ใช้เพื่อวัดผลโฆษณาและสถิติ ตามหัวข้อด้านบน และจะถูกตั้งหลังคุณกดยอมรับเท่านั้น
• เราเก็บคำตอบของคุณไว้ในคุกกี้ชื่อ kasha_consent อายุ 180 วัน ใช้ร่วมกันระหว่าง kashaphotos.com และ app.kashaphotos.com
• เรายังเก็บแหล่งที่มาของคุณ (utm และ fbclid) ไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของคุณไม่เกิน 30 วัน เพื่อให้นับผลได้หลังเข้าสู่ระบบ ข้อมูลนี้ไม่ถูกส่งไปไหนจนกว่าคุณจะกดยอมรับ และจะถูกลบเมื่อคุณปฏิเสธ

Data controller

• This policy covers organisers and photographers using Kasha Studio. Event guests are covered by the policy at /e/privacy.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and account ID from Google or Microsoft when you sign in. We never receive your password.
• Usage: your teams, team members, events, and the photos and videos you upload.
• Payments: your credit purchase history. Stripe processes payments, and we do not store card numbers.

How we use it

• To sign you in, run your events, deliver photos to guests, count credits, and send email about your events, such as team invitations and notices before an event is deleted.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use data from Google or Microsoft for advertising.

Service providers

• Microsoft Azure (photo storage and processing), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), LINE (delivery to guests), Google and Microsoft (sign-in), Meta (advertising measurement), Google Analytics (usage statistics).

Advertising measurement and usage statistics

• We use Meta Pixel and Google Analytics only if you accept, on the Kasha Studio sign-in, team, credits, create-event and policy pages, to see which ad or channel brought an organiser here and to measure our advertising. Until you accept, these tools do not run.
• If you decline, Kasha Studio works as usual. You can change your mind or withdraw at any time under "ตั้งค่าคุกกี้" (cookie settings) at the bottom of the page. After you withdraw we stop sending data from then on and remove the Meta and Google Analytics cookies from your browser. Data already sent is not automatically removed from Meta or Google.
• What is sent: the page address, IP address, device and browser details, Meta and Google cookie IDs, where you came from (utm and fbclid), and these events: first sign-up, a team's first event, and buying credits. For a credit purchase, if you accepted before paying, our server sends Meta the amount, currency, pack, a hashed user ID, your browser details and your Meta browser IDs directly.
• The kashaphotos.com website also uses Meta Pixel and Google Analytics only if you accept, to count page views and clicks through to LINE or Kasha Studio.
• We do not send your name, email address, photos, face data or guest data to Meta or Google Analytics, and these tools do not run on guest pages, event management pages or team invite links.
• Meta and Google may process this data outside Thailand and use it under their own policies. You can also turn these cookies off in your browser settings, or contact us at privacy@kashaphotos.com.

How long we keep it

• Guests can reach an event for 30 days after it ends. Organisers can download originals for 30 more days. Event content is then deleted.
• Account data stays until you ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept as the law requires.

Cookies

• The sign-in cookie lasts 30 days and is needed to use the service.
• Meta and Google Analytics cookies measure advertising and usage, as described above, and are set only after you accept.
• We keep your answer in a cookie named kasha_consent for 180 days, shared between kashaphotos.com and app.kashaphotos.com.
• We also keep where you came from (utm and fbclid) in your browser for up to 30 days, so a sign-up can still be counted after you sign in. It goes nowhere until you accept and is removed if you decline.

Your rights

• You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, at privacy@kashaphotos.com. You can also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee.
