ผู้ให้บริการ

• ณรงค์ศักดิ์ บุญวุฒิ (ดำเนินกิจการในชื่อ Kasha) ติดต่อ privacy@kashaphotos.com เมื่อใช้ Kasha Studio ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้

บริการ

• Kasha Studio ให้คุณสร้างงาน อัปโหลดรูป และให้แขกค้นหารูปของตัวเองด้วยใบหน้า

เครดิตและการชำระเงิน

• ทุกงานฟรี 20 รายการแรก หลังจากนั้นใช้ 1 เครดิตต่อรูป และ 5 เครดิตต่อวิดีโอ
• เครดิตที่ซื้อไม่มีวันหมดอายุ แต่เครดิตที่ได้รับฟรีอาจมีวันหมดอายุ
• เครดิตที่ซื้อแล้วไม่คืนเงิน และรูปที่ลบหรือประมวลผลไม่สำเร็จจะไม่คืนเครดิต เว้นแต่กฎหมายกำหนด

หน้าที่ของคุณ

• คุณต้องมีสิทธิในรูปที่อัปโหลด และต้องแจ้งแขกในงานว่ามีการถ่ายรูปและใช้ระบบค้นหารูป
• ห้ามอัปโหลดเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือใช้บริการเพื่อระบุตัวหรือติดตามบุคคลนอกงาน

การเก็บและลบเนื้อหา

• เนื้อหาของงานจะถูกลบตามระยะเวลาในนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว โปรดดาวน์โหลดรูปไว้ก่อนถึงกำหนด

ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

• การค้นหาด้วยใบหน้าอาจพลาดบางรูปหรือแสดงรูปของคนอื่นได้ เราให้บริการตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ และรับผิดไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่คุณจ่ายให้เราใน 12 เดือนล่าสุด เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต

The service

• Kasha Studio lets you create events, upload photos, and let guests find their own photos by face.

Credits and payment

• The first 20 items of every event are free. After that a photo costs 1 credit and a video costs 5.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Free credits may have an expiry date.
• Purchased credits are not refundable, and deleted or failed items do not return credits, unless the law requires otherwise.

Your responsibilities

• You must hold the rights to the photos you upload, and tell guests that photos are taken and that the search system is used.
• Do not upload illegal content, or use the service to identify or track people outside the event.

Content retention

• Event content is deleted on the schedule in the privacy policy. Download your photos before then.

Limits of liability

• Face search can miss photos or show photos of someone else. The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Suspension and governing law

• We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Thai law governs these terms.
